Robert Davies


Robert Davies is a Partner with Franco Wine in Nevada and has a career spanning all corners of the globe starting in Australia where he studied at Ryde Catering College and honed his skills in Culinary, Hospitality and Restaurant Management.  Robert went on to manage and develop restaurants in London, Ireland, Dubai, Doha, Jordan, Bahrain, Germany, Spain, Canada and China.  Working as a Chef on a private luxury yacht, Robert sailed the 7 seas and finally landed in California where he furthered his career in Wine & Spirits with the Australian Trade Commission and was the Wine & Spirit Buyer for Whole Foods before setting out on his own.  Robert is passionate about travel and the experiences of food & wine that come with new adventures.

Kai Christensen


Kai Christensen is a partner at Franco Wine in Nevada and has been in the wine industry for over twenty years. He received a degree in Hotel Management from Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland and Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from UNLV. After working for Four Seasons Hotel Company, he started his career in the wine business in 2000 working with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. Kai has a passion for great wines, fabulous food and the wonderful people who enjoy them.

Bob Castellani


Bob’s expertise has been in launching a number of entrepreneurial ventures. He brings over 28 years of experience in all aspects of business development, information technology and supply chain management. Since 2001, he has owned and operated a leading wine importing and distributing company. Prior to that he helped launch 2 other businesses — a nationwide fulfillment business offering distribution services and supply chain order management software and a demand/supply chain information hub for the high-tech industry.
